Greenlight is hiring a Head of Brand to craft and evolve their brand strategy. You'll lead brand narrative, messaging, and visual storytelling to connect with families. This role requires a visionary approach to brand development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute Greenlight's brand vision, shaping how the brand is perceived in the market. You will lead the development of brand narratives and messaging that resonate with families, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand's values of empathy and encouragement. You will oversee the creation of visual content and advertisements, collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling campaigns that engage and inspire. You will analyze brand performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure that the brand continues to grow and evolve with its audience. You will work closely with the Chief Product & Marketing Officer to align brand initiatives with overall company goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a community around the brand, helping families see themselves as part of the Greenlight journey.
