What you'll do

As an Operations Associate, you will develop scalable processes to drive efficiency as the business grows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer questions and support active operational projects. Your role will involve collecting and refining best practice recommendations, continuously looking for ways to improve processes, internal tools, and external product features. You will investigate errors to determine the cause of client issues and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, you will assist the Operations team in maintaining and updating tools, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), contributing to company-wide projects such as account reconciliation and plan compliance.
