You possess a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the quality of insights provided to clients. You are comfortable using various outreach tools and channels to connect with potential advisors, demonstrating your ability to adapt to different communication styles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Insights team to manage and execute teleconferences across key healthcare sectors, including therapeutics, medtech, and services. You will proactively monitor the pipeline of upcoming call topics, identifying relevant experts within the internal network and engaging them through automated outreach tools and direct calls as needed. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal stakeholders to schedule teleconferences on time and communicating with potential experts via phone to address inquiries and verify their credentials.

You will develop effective screening criteria to assess subject-matter expertise and review expert responses to screening questions to confirm adequate knowledge. Overseeing scheduling and logistics will be a key part of your role, as you finalize call details directly with experts. You will leverage email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to recruit new Advisors to the Guidepoint network and respond to their questions or concerns.
