What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Clients team by managing CIA-related MAINs. You will work closely with product managers to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered efficiently. Your role will involve assessing inquiries, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
You will collaborate with various squads within the Clients team, contributing to the overall success of Wellhub's corporate offerings.
