You have experience with intercompany accounting, managing entries and reconciliations across various jurisdictions including the US, UK, and India. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

As the Accounting Manager at HackerRank, you will lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards. You will oversee account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies that arise, maintaining the integrity of financial data. Your role will involve performing bank and cash reconciliations, as well as conducting reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements to ensure accuracy.

You will manage intercompany accounting, recording and reviewing management fees, and owning intercompany entries and eliminations. Your responsibilities will also include performing intercompany reconciliations across the US, UK, and India, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will support compliance, tax, and audit processes, maintaining and updating necessary documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
