You are an active creator with a strong focus on technology and development, possessing a following of at least 10,000 on LinkedIn or X. You have a passion for sharing insights and engaging with a community of developers, tech leaders, and recruiters. Your commitment to quality and speed in content creation aligns with HackerRank's mission to nurture the next generation of developers.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with HackerRank's content and design team to define how next-gen developers learn and get hired. You are comfortable creating various content types, including thought pieces, storytelling posts on GenAI, and data-driven insights. Your ability to simplify complex topics into engaging carousels will resonate with your audience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create at least two posts a week on LinkedIn or X, focusing on topics that matter to developers and tech professionals. You will collaborate with the content and design team to ensure your posts align with HackerRank's brand and mission. Your insights will help shape how developers approach learning and career advancement in the tech industry.
You will be expected to maintain a high standard of quality in your content, ensuring that each piece reflects your commitment to excellence. You will engage with your audience, building influence among developers and tech leaders, while also contributing to HackerRank's community of millions.
