Overview

HealthVerity is hiring a Director/Senior Director of Sales focused on Oncology Real-World Data to drive commercial growth. You'll manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, collaborating closely with the sales team. This role requires experience in oncology drug development and complex data products.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a strong focus on oncology, bringing a deep understanding of oncology drug development and the complexities involved in selling data products. You thrive in high-impact roles and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders across various functions, including Safety, Epidemiology, and Clinical Development. Your ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing complex deals sets you apart in the field.

You have a proven track record of driving commercial growth in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, particularly in oncology. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively within a focused oncology team while also navigating a larger enterprise sales environment. You understand the importance of coordinating account strategies to avoid conflicts and ensure seamless integration of data solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, focusing on oncology real-world data and evidence solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you build strong relationships with key oncology stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include selling solutions that support drug safety, epidemiology, and clinical development.

You will collaborate closely with the broader HealthVerity sales organization to coordinate account strategies and support joint selling efforts. This hands-on role requires you to leverage your expertise in oncology to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the team. You will also work with the VP of Sales, Oncology, to align on strategies and ensure that the oncology team meets its commercial objectives.
