Overview
HealthVerity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute strategies for their Media business. You'll engage with customers and partners to drive product success. This role requires 5+ years of experience in product management.

Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in enterprise settings, where you've successfully defined and executed product strategies. Your background includes a strong understanding of data and analytics products, especially in the context of pharmaceutical marketing. You excel at engaging with customers and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities that drive business success.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to design and launch new product capabilities in an Agile environment. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes informs your decision-making and helps align product offerings with user needs. You are adept at defining business and functional requirements, ensuring that products meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with go-to-market teams to develop impactful sales and marketing collateral. Your strategic mindset enables you to forge a roadmap that prioritizes the highest impact opportunities, ensuring that product releases are readily adopted by users and deliver expected customer value.
Desirable
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for decision-making are also highly valued.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for HealthVerityβs Media business, focusing on data and analytics products that empower pharmaceutical marketing organizations. You will engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate those insights into actionable product plans. Your responsibilities will include defining business, functional, and workflow requirements in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
You will partner closely with engineering and operations teams to plan, design, develop, launch, measure, and iterate on new capabilities. Your role will also involve working with the go-to-market team to define product positioning and create compelling sales and marketing materials. You will be responsible for ensuring that product strategy aligns with the overall go-to-market strategy and that product offerings reflect buyer and user needs.
Success in this role will be defined by how well you align product strategy with market demands, the adoption rates of new products and capabilities, and the overall effectiveness of campaigns driven by your products. You will continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to inform your product decisions and ensure that HealthVerity remains a leader in the industry.
