You have a strong background in operations and project management, with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives that support company growth. Your finance and modeling fundamentals enable you to support budgeting and forecasting, making data-driven decisions that align with the company's strategic goals. You have exposure to creative tooling and generative AI companies, which gives you a unique perspective on the industry and its challenges. You are a high-caliber generalist who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and can move seamlessly between project management and hands-on execution.
What you'll do
As Chief of Staff, you will take ownership of critical day-to-day operations and help scale the company through its next phase of growth. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team across marketing, talent, sales, and product to drive high-priority initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include identifying and filling gaps across various functions such as marketing, go-to-market strategies, legal, and talent management to ensure the execution of company-critical projects. You will manage strategic finance, coordinating financial operations including vendor negotiations, tax, accounting, and cost optimization. Additionally, you will support customer success and onboarding by facilitating early customer conversations and coordinating pilots. You will also help recruit, onboard, and manage the team, ensuring that new hires can thrive in their respective roles. Leading ad hoc initiatives will be part of your role, allowing you to contribute to the company's strategic direction.
