Who you are

You have 2-5 years of relevant supply chain experience in demand planning, supply planning, or similar roles. You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. You are proficient in demand planning software and tools, which enables you to effectively analyze and adjust demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends. You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to identify opportunities for process improvement within the demand planning function. You are a collaborative team player who can communicate effectively with various departments including marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain.

What you'll do

As a Demand Planner at HelloFresh, you will play a critical role in forecasting customer demand to ensure that meals are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will develop, monitor, and adjust demand forecasts using historical data and market trends. Your responsibilities will include analyzing forecast accuracy and implementing improvements to minimize forecast errors. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand promotional plans, new product launches, and market trends. Additionally, you will coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure alignment of supply plans with demand forecasts. You will communicate demand plans and adjustments to relevant stakeholders effectively and develop and present on weekly and monthly Demand Planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy KPIs.
