What you'll do

In your role as a Finance Systems Analyst, you will ensure the reliable performance of the ERP system with a focus on Financials Fusion modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expenses. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting the financial systems, constantly seeking enhancements to improve efficiency across all business units globally. Your role will involve supporting the implementation, migration, and integration of existing Oracle modules, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the process.

You will educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionalities and features, participating in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts. Additionally, you will oversee Service Requests with Oracle Cloud operations to complete administration tasks and resolve issues. Creating and maintaining accurate process documentation will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures and design documents are up-to-date and accessible.
