Maintenance Technician • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have 2-4 years of experience with conveyor, automation, robotics, and/or refrigeration repair and maintenance, including mechanical and electrical operations. You possess an intermediate understanding of machinery and equipment, and you are comfortable using basic computer skills. You can read and understand basic schematics, and you have a "make it happen" attitude that drives you to succeed in your role. A Mechatronics associate's degree or equivalent is preferred, and you are willing to travel as necessary for business purposes.

What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will work closely with the maintenance team to maintain and repair various equipment, including conveyors and automation systems, to support operations uptime. You will perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting out-of-service equipment and acting as an escalation point for lower-level technicians. You will document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and assist in root cause analysis of major downtime events. Additionally, you will mentor maintenance personnel to help them develop their skills and knowledge of equipment.
