Operations Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a degree in a relevant field and experience in improvement projects — you understand how to analyze and optimize processes effectively. You are proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, and Tableau, which you use to drive data-driven decisions. Your strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills enable you to tackle complex challenges in operational excellence. You are a team player who collaborates effectively across departments, including with management, to implement change initiatives. You have a knack for building good relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support Yellow and Green-Belt projects in production to sustainably improve key operational metrics (KPIs). You will take responsibility for change initiatives, from the introduction of new processes, technologies, or systems to their successful integration across the company. You will plan, manage, and accompany projects in the area of Operational Excellence, including implementation, monitoring, and reporting. You will share your knowledge through training and coaching, imparting methods and tools for process optimization to your colleagues. You will document best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned, regularly reporting progress and successes to management. You will set clear standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement based on the principle of 'Standard Work' and proven methods.
