You have experience in operations management, ideally within a logistics or delivery environment — you understand the intricacies of overseeing daily operations and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. Your leadership style fosters a culture of safety and accountability among your team, and you are adept at managing performance metrics to drive results.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with your team and convey important safety messaging and operational updates. You are comfortable conducting team huddles and providing training and coaching to ensure that all associates are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

What you'll do

As the Hub Supervisor, you will report directly to the Hub Manager and provide on-shift leadership to your team. You will oversee all hub-related activities, including sortation operations, vehicle loading, and on-road delivery operations. Your role will involve managing a team of Warehouse Associates and Delivery Associates to meet quality standards and achieve performance metrics.

You will be accountable for health and safety compliance, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. This includes recordkeeping, reporting, and investigating any incidents that may arise. You will also respond to customer service requests and escalations, ensuring that service KPIs are met and exceeded.

In addition to supervising daily operations, you will coordinate vehicle capacity and manage employee scheduling, time and attendance, and performance reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping and scaling an industry-leading chilled last-mile delivery operation, delivering thousands of meal boxes directly to customers each day.

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $54,000—$64,000 CAD for this position.
