HelloFresh is hiring a Product Validation Technologist I to assist in validation testing for new ingredients and equipment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize food manufacturing processes. This entry-level position is based in Aurora, IL.
Job Description
Who you are
You are detail-oriented and able to schedule, organize, and execute detailed testing plans. You thrive in a team environment and are self-driven, goal-oriented, and interested in continued learning. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will generate reports on product testing and collaborate with internal stakeholders. You have a genuine interest in utilizing data and metrics to find food manufacturing optimization and improvement opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Product Validation Technologist I, you will assist in the execution and reporting of validation testing for new ingredients, equipment, recipe builds, and product launches. You will help prepare and manage logistics for product evaluations and assist with sensory evaluations. Your role will involve managing new product inventory for validation testing and assisting with packing and shipping of samples. You will develop an understanding of the production process to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate finished products to validate end-customer experience and shelf-life.
