What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for HelloFresh's Benefit Optimization platform, leading a dedicated squad of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers. You will be responsible for defining product strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized benefit delivery. Your work will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

You will advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring that the technology developed is not only effective but also ethical and transparent. By leveraging data and insights, you will guide the team in creating sophisticated ML-powered recommendations that resonate with customers. Your leadership will be crucial in evolving the benefit delivery process from generic offers to tailored experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
