What you'll do

As an Avionics Engineering Intern at Hermeus, you will focus on the design and integration of mission-critical flight deck subsystems. You will be responsible for creating wire diagrams that outline the electrical connections within these systems. In the lab, you will set up hardware and perform end-to-end subsystem tests, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the integration of hardware and software in a high-stakes environment, directly contributing to the development of hypersonic aircraft.

You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, gaining insights into the aerospace industry and the specific challenges associated with high-Mach flight. This internship will last approximately 10 weeks during the summer, allowing you to immerse yourself in the exciting world of advanced aviation technology.
