What you'll do

As a Quality Specialist at Hermeus, you will play a critical role in the inspection, validation, and conformity control of high-speed aircraft. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Team, providing crucial design feedback to the engineering team and helping to iterate on design and assembly processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, validating compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

You will leverage your experience to identify areas for improvement in inspection methods and quality policies, ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet the highest standards. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and systemic issues, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing corrective actions to address these challenges.

You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working to enhance the overall quality of the manufacturing process. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that Hermeus maintains its commitment to delivering high-quality aircraft that meet the needs of the Department of Defense and other stakeholders.
