Hermeus is hiring a Senior RF Systems Engineer to identify RF hardware requirements and create system architectures for high-speed aircraft. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience in RF solutions.

You have a strong background in RF systems engineering, with experience in identifying RF hardware requirements and creating system architectures. Your troubleshooting skills are efficient, allowing you to quickly resolve issues that arise during the design and testing phases. You thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality professionals to deliver high-quality solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly is one of your key strengths, enabling you to work effectively with various stakeholders.

You possess a wide breadth of design experience, which allows you to approach problems from multiple angles and develop innovative solutions. Your strong fundamentals in RF engineering ensure that you can tackle challenges related to both aircraft and ground station RF solutions. You are committed to high-ownership technical delivery, taking responsibility for your work and ensuring that it meets the highest standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on identifying RF hardware requirements for high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft. You will create system architectures that integrate RF solutions effectively, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the aircraft and ground stations. Your responsibilities will include building, testing, and integrating RF solutions, working closely with a team of engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
