You understand the importance of building a strong tech team from the ground up and are excited about the recruitment process. With the support of Hexa's recruitment experts, you will hire the best tech talents to help realize your vision. You are ready to embark on a journey that will take you from an idea to a fully autonomous company in just 12 months, with Hexa by your side to provide guidance and financial backing until your seed round.
What you'll do
As a Tech Founder at Hexa, you will lead the development of innovative tech solutions, taking charge of all tech-related decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Business Founder to shape the go-to-market strategy and engage in fundraising efforts. Your role will involve building a strong tech team, developing your product, securing your first clients, and navigating the complexities of startup life.
