You are comfortable with cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory β you enjoy setting appointments and conducting thorough needs assessments to understand your clients' requirements. You are motivated by the challenge of growing your own book of business and earning residual commissions through effective account management. You have a strong desire to succeed and are ready to take on the responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model β you will engage with clients to offer services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Your day-to-day activities will involve cold calling business owners, setting appointments, and performing needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet their unique challenges.
You will also focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide ongoing support. As you grow your book of business, you will earn residual commissions for retaining clients, which will further enhance your earning potential. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work, allowing you to connect with clients in person while also leveraging remote tools.
