What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will drive user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure you have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one total on-target earnings around $87,000 and year two earnings ranging from $101,000 to $119,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
