What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook to meet client needs. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve your sales targets.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure your success. Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and utilizing sales tools to track your progress.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year, and between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year, thanks to uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
