What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and evolving Hiive's content strategy, ensuring that all user interactions are supported by clear and concise information. Your work will involve creating detailed content that supports various areas of the product, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience. You will also be tasked with conducting user research to gather insights that inform your content decisions, ensuring that the voice of the product aligns with user needs and expectations.
