What you'll do

In this role, you will drive front-end excellence across the Growth Engineering team, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and engaging. You will lead the technical strategy for growth initiatives, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement solutions that meet user needs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of new features, optimizing existing ones, and ensuring that all applications are performant and user-friendly.

You will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support as they grow in their roles. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable.

As part of the Growth team, you will analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and work on A/B testing to validate your hypotheses. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance user acquisition and retention, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Hims & Hers.
