You are also skilled in designing dashboards for real-time risk monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing Homebase's compliance framework. You will enforce and help develop robust compliance and risk management policies tailored to various product offerings. Collaborating closely with product teams, you will weave compliance and risk mitigation strategies into product design and operations. You will conduct thorough investigations, documenting findings and implementing preventive solutions. Additionally, you will craft and continuously update comprehensive risk management documentation, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards. Your role will also involve designing and overseeing the maintenance of dashboards for real-time risk monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders. You will develop governance frameworks and define clear protocols to safeguard operations against emerging risks.
