You have a proven track record in creative and marketing operations management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and projects. Your ability to manage workflows and resources effectively ensures that creative outputs meet high standards and deadlines. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative directors and marketing leaders to align on project goals and execution strategies. Your strong communication skills allow you to streamline processes and foster a culture of accountability and visibility within teams.
You are adept at managing both in-house and freelance talent, ensuring that the right resources are allocated to projects based on their unique requirements. Your experience in creative production across various formats—such as photo, video, and digital—enables you to guide teams in delivering compelling content that resonates with small businesses. You understand the importance of empathy in storytelling and are passionate about translating real business stories into impactful marketing campaigns.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the creative and marketing teams at Homebase. You will own the end-to-end workflow for all creative projects, ensuring that they are executed on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director, you will align on resourcing needs and manage the onboarding of freelancers to maintain creative integrity across all outputs. Your leadership will support the production of high-quality content across multiple channels, including digital, print, and experiential formats.
You will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to drive operational excellence, focusing on building better systems for collaboration and communication. Your role will involve streamlining processes to enhance visibility and accountability within the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging team members to take bold swings that drive real-world impact.
