Job Description
Who you are
You're a Product Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technical analytics and business partnership — when a Product Manager or Marketing leader comes to you with a question, you dig deeper to understand what they're really trying to solve. You build the dashboard or execute the analysis that completely addresses their need, ensuring that your stakeholders can make confident decisions backed by data.
Your technical skills are complemented by your business acumen — you understand what questions to ask and how to frame your findings in a way that resonates with your audience. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and are passionate about translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
You have experience working with various data visualization tools and are comfortable presenting your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to approach problems creatively, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the quality of your analyses.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll work embedded with HomeLight's Consumer Product and Marketing teams as part of our Business Intelligence team. You'll be responsible for translating business questions into data insights, building dashboards that your stakeholders actually use, and helping them make confident decisions based on your analyses. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Marketing leaders to understand their needs and provide them with the data-driven insights they require. This may involve writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources, ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and relevant.
As you develop your analytical skills, you'll also have the opportunity to drive initiatives that enhance our data capabilities and improve the overall efficiency of our Business Intelligence processes. Your contributions will help shape the future of real estate technology at HomeLight, making every transaction simpler and more satisfying for our users.
