What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze appraisal policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement — your insights will help shape the development of our AI-powered platform, MIRA, ensuring it meets the needs of lenders and borrowers alike. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to provide feedback and recommendations based on your analysis. Your work will involve reviewing existing processes, gathering data, and conducting research to inform policy changes. You will also be responsible for documenting your findings and presenting them to stakeholders, helping to drive informed decision-making within the organization. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
