You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, SEO, and Brand. Your ability to shape the voice of the company across social ecosystems is complemented by your understanding of customer needs and market trends. What you'll do

In this role, you will kick-off and scale Hostinger’s Emerging Channels Growth team, focusing on driving visibility and acquisition results. You will lead the discovery and validation of new marketing channels, ensuring that the strategies implemented align with the company's mission of helping individuals and small businesses succeed online. Your responsibilities will include shaping the brand's voice across various social platforms and collaborating with other marketing teams to extend Hostinger's reach globally.

You will be responsible for setting clear objectives and key results for the growth team, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession within the team. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
