What you'll do

As the Systems Administrator Manager at Hostinger, you will lead the Indonesian SysAdmin team within the Product team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health and productivity of your team, allowing them to excel in their roles. You will collaborate closely with SysAdmin teams in Lithuania and Brazil, as well as with developers, engineers, and product managers to align on goals and deliverables.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of product commitments, ensuring that your team meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will involve regular check-ins with team members to assess their workload and provide support where needed. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement within the team and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and morale.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will play a key role in hiring new team members, ensuring that you bring in individuals who align with Hostinger's values and culture. You will be involved in the onboarding process, helping new hires integrate into the team and understand their roles and responsibilities.

Your collaboration with international teams will require you to navigate different time zones and cultural differences, making your communication skills essential. You will facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
