Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD allows you to craft intuitive interfaces that resonate with users. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life. You possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design decision is backed by user research and testing. You are passionate about simplifying complex workflows and improving user interactions across various channels. You understand the importance of prototyping and iteration in the design process, using feedback to refine your work continuously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design of the end-to-end calling experience for sales and service representatives at HubSpot. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define shared goals and align on roadmaps, ensuring cohesive experiences across products. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving friction points in workflows, designing smarter call processes, and advocating for the customer experience by surfacing insights and building alignment across teams.
