You have 5+ years of experience in testing firmware and embedded systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality assurance practices and methodologies. Your expertise in automation technologies, particularly with Robot Framework, allows you to design and implement robust testing solutions that enhance product quality. You are familiar with both Embedded Linux and RTOS environments, enabling you to effectively test and validate firmware functionality. You thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside electrical and mechanical engineers to drive product innovation. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling automation within the testing process. You will design, implement, and maintain the automated testing infrastructure and test suite for our smart camera and wearables products. Collaborating closely with the hardware engineering team, you will ensure that firmware is thoroughly tested and validated before release. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices within the team, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices. Your role will involve analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to the development team to facilitate timely resolutions. You will participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing your insights to improve team processes and outcomes. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
