You are a Senior Designer with a strong background in visual interaction design, eager to craft elegant and thoughtful user experiences. You have a passion for translating human-centered insights into clear, compelling interactions and interfaces that are functional and meaningful. Your expertise in visual design allows you to balance visual excellence with usability, bringing a distinct visual voice to each design challenge. You thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment and are highly self-guided, motivated to continually sharpen your craft.

You have experience working across all phases of a project, from research synthesis and concepting through prototyping, refinement, and production-ready execution. You are skilled at creating “looks-like / works-like” prototypes to explore ideas, test assumptions, and communicate concepts effectively to teammates and client stakeholders. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with designers from different backgrounds, including design research, business design, and industrial design.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning data, experience, interaction, digital product, and service design across various industries. You will be responsible for translating human-centered insights into interaction models and visual systems, ensuring that the designs you create are polished and user-friendly. You will engage in the entire design process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing your insights and expertise while also learning from others. Your role will involve creating prototypes that not only look good but also function effectively, allowing for thorough testing and iteration. You will be expected to balance multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating your ability to manage your time effectively while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 USD, with final offers varying based on candidate experience, location, and other factors.
