You are adaptable and willing to take on new challenges, such as opening new direct IDT branded stores or selling to unattended retailers when required. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and requests from retailers demonstrates your strong organizational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Brand Ambassador at IDT, you will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with retailers that sell the company’s products. You will ensure that each store has the most updated branding, promotions, and training materials, which is crucial for effective product representation. Your role will involve regular visits to retail locations to assess their needs and provide necessary support.

You will assist retailers with filling out applications for new products and managing any claims or requests that may arise from the retailer’s owners or staff. This requires you to be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by IDT, as well as the processes involved in retail operations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you may be tasked with opening new direct IDT branded stores, which will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure a successful launch. You will also have the opportunity to sell to unattended retailers, showcasing your ability to adapt to different sales environments and customer needs.
