What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Immuta, you will play a critical role in developing technologies that automate data access control and policy management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our global enterprise clients.

Your responsibilities will include architecting distributed systems that enhance data security and accessibility. You will lead technical discussions, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the engineering team is aligned on project goals.

You will also be involved in performance optimization, identifying bottlenecks in existing systems and implementing solutions that improve overall system efficiency. Your hands-on approach will allow you to contribute code while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In addition, you will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable. You will also engage in incident response, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in production environments.
