Who you are
You have a proven track record in managing data operations, particularly in the healthcare sector, where you understand the nuances of data management and customer engagement. Your experience includes creating comprehensive documentation that enhances team efficiency and customer satisfaction. You excel in communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project statuses and expectations.
You are adept at managing multiple customers and regions, demonstrating your ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances. Your analytical skills allow you to track key metrics such as Contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR) and cloud costs, providing valuable insights that drive decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customer success teams to manage escalations and transitions effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring that their healthcare data is utilized effectively to improve population health outcomes. You will own the end-to-end communication process, providing regular updates to leadership and customers. Your responsibilities will include assimilating proficiency in managing estimates, asset projections, and unit metrics, as well as tracking CARR and managing cloud costs for projects.
You will drive initiatives that help achieve target profit margins and customer satisfaction scores, collaborating with senior management to identify areas for improvement. Your role will also involve thinking critically about new processes that can enhance the efficiency of the Sustenance Engineering Team, ensuring that your region operates smoothly and effectively.
