What you'll do

As the Applied AI Manager, you will lead the execution of machine learning engineering projects, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to design and implement scalable machine learning systems. Your role will involve overseeing the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into existing workflows.

You will be responsible for driving the technical direction of the machine learning team, setting clear goals and expectations while providing guidance and support to team members. You will also play a key role in recruiting and developing talent within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

In addition to technical leadership, you will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable projects. You will monitor the performance of machine learning systems and iterate on solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care provided to residents and the operational efficiency of senior living communities.
