Inspiren is hiring a Technical Operations Engineer to provide support and maintenance for hardware and software solutions. You'll assist with Tier 2 troubleshooting and network assessments. This position requires a strong willingness to learn and basic technical skills.

What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with Senior Technical Operations Engineers and the product support team to assist with the support and maintenance of Inspiren's hardware and software solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing remote Tier 2 troubleshooting and conducting network assessments to ensure optimal performance of devices in the field. You will play a crucial role in supporting personnel and devices, helping to bridge the gap between customers and internal teams.
You will also assist in documenting processes and implementing best practices to enhance the overall support experience. Your contributions will be vital in driving efficiency and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. As you grow in this position, you will have opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skills, paving the way for future career advancement within the company.

Inspiren provides a competitive salary range of $125k-155k, along with benefits that include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
