What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the field quality efforts for Instacart's electronics and electrical systems, ensuring that products deliver reliable and delightful experiences at scale. You will collaborate with teams across Customer Success, Operations, R&D, Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Product Management to rapidly resolve market issues and enhance product designs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing field data, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality.

You will also be involved in developing and refining quality metrics and processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards before reaching customers. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the quality culture at Instacart, driving initiatives that promote excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.
