What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Self Serve team, you will be responsible for extending and maintaining the Experimentation Platform. This involves enhancing the internal A/B testing and metrics platforms that inform product development processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new experimentation methodologies that drive product improvements.

You will design and develop features that support the experimentation process, ensuring that they are scalable and maintainable. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to improve performance and reliability. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices are followed.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable engineering tasks. You will help shape the future of Instacart's product offerings by leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
