You are a visionary leader with a strong background in brand design and strategy, having led high-performing teams in creating cohesive and innovative brand identities. With over 7 years of experience in design leadership, you understand how to align design with business goals and drive measurable impact. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with senior executives across various departments, including marketing, product, and communications. You have a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through design. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects while inspiring your team to achieve their best work. You are committed to fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within your team, encouraging innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and evolve the creative direction of the Intercom brand, ensuring it resonates across all touchpoints. You will lead a talented team of Brand Designers and Managers, guiding them in crafting a scalable brand identity that reflects Intercom's mission and values. You will collaborate closely with senior executives to integrate design into the overall business strategy, ensuring that every design decision is strategic and impactful. You will oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, product interfaces, and customer communications. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of brand initiatives and making data-driven decisions to enhance brand performance.
