What you'll do

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Intercom, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer support through AI. You will engage directly with our most strategic customers, understanding their unique challenges and designing tailored solutions that leverage our AI agent, Fin. Your role will involve collaborating with the R&D team to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback and needs.
