What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Intercom, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our website, which serves as the centerpiece of our brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring they are performant and reliable. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions that impact the overall architecture of our web applications.

You will also work on integrating AI technologies into our customer service solutions, enhancing the capabilities of our AI agent, Fin. This involves collaborating with product marketers to understand user needs and translating them into technical requirements. You will participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
