Who you are
You are an experienced Senior Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations. You have a deep understanding of design principles and a passion for storytelling through visual media. Your proficiency in tools like After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop allows you to bring concepts to life effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with designers, producers, and writers to ensure that the brand's vision is executed flawlessly. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every piece of work aligns with the brand's identity. You are also adaptable, able to pivot between different styles and formats based on project needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for producing a variety of deliverables, including campaign work, interactive elements, customer stories, product animations, and explainer videos. You will collaborate with the Director of Creative Studio and other team members to evolve the foundation and execution of how the product and brand come to life through motion. You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards and aligns with the company's mission to provide incredible customer experiences. You will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the creative process.
