What you'll do

As the Design Director at Nubank, you will lead the Brazil design organization, responsible for defining and centralizing the country’s design strategy. You will collaborate with senior GMs to ensure consistency across design systems and alignment with the app team. Your role will involve integrating teams across product areas, balancing strategic vision with hands-on creative direction. You will oversee the establishment of a consistent design system that enhances user experience and drives engagement. You will work closely with product and operational teams to unify design efforts and ensure cohesive execution across business units. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where design innovation thrives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing design talent within the organization, ensuring that the team is equipped to tackle future challenges.
