You are a seasoned communications professional with a proven track record in media relations and strategic internal communications. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully managed complex communications projects that bridge departments and engage diverse audiences. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English allow you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with various stakeholders.

You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at crisis management, ensuring that communication strategies are effective even in challenging situations. Your experience includes leading product and brand launches, where you have developed content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances brand visibility. You are a strategic thinker who understands the importance of aligning internal communications with broader business objectives.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead Nubank's media relations and employee communications activities, executing strategies that keep the team aligned and engaged. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans that position Nubank as a leading financial institution in the eyes of external audiences. Your role will involve managing relationships with media outlets, crafting press releases, and coordinating responses to media inquiries.

You will also oversee internal communications, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged with the company's vision and initiatives. This includes creating content for newsletters, intranet updates, and other internal channels. You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather insights and ensure that communications are consistent and aligned with Nubank's values and objectives.
