What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Nubank, you will be responsible for designing and implementing horizontally scalable microservices primarily using Clojure. You will leverage Finagle and functional programming techniques to ensure high throughput and efficient inter-service communication using Kafka. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers to maintain best practices in software development and contribute to the overall architecture of Nubank's technology stack.

You will also participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and performance of Nubank's financial products, helping to enhance the customer experience for over 122 million users across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
