What you'll do

As a Principal Healthcare Cloud Engineer, you will architect and lead the design of end-to-end cloud solutions that leverage InterSystems IRIS-based technologies. Your role will involve ensuring that these solutions are scalable, resilient, and compliant with industry standards. You will establish technical roadmaps that guide the implementation of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability practices across multiple cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will serve as the technical authority during design reviews, threat modeling sessions, and disaster recovery planning, ensuring that all aspects of the architecture meet the highest standards of performance and security.

In addition to your architectural responsibilities, you will build, deploy, and automate applications, orchestrating complex workflows that enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding cross-functional teams through the implementation of these solutions, and you will be expected to mentor engineers, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers. You will collaborate closely with product and security teams to ensure that all solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
