You have a strong background in cloud architecture and service delivery, with a proven track record of leading globally distributed teams. Your expertise in Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments allows you to design and implement robust solutions that meet the needs of diverse clients. You are skilled in driving operational excellence through automation and software-driven models, ensuring high availability and security across platforms.
With 7+ years of experience in cloud services and platform management, you've successfully overseen the architecture and execution of large-scale projects. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, empowering your teams to excel in their roles. You understand the importance of aligning technical strategies with business goals, ensuring that your platform delivers value to users.
Desirable
Experience with Spectro Cloud and advanced automation frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with service delivery in SaaS and managed services environments will enhance your ability to lead effectively in this role.
What you'll do
As the Global Delivery Leader, you will own the end-to-end architecture and global operation of InterSystemsβ Service Delivery Platform. You will define and evolve a cloud-first reference architecture that supports consistent and resilient service delivery across various datacenters and public cloud regions. Your role will involve acting as the senior technical authority for Kubernetes platform strategy and multi-cloud design, ensuring that operational patterns are efficient and effective.
You will drive a platform engineering and SRE operating model, where infrastructure and operations are delivered through software and automation. Establishing repeatable pipelines will be key to your success, as you work to enhance the scalability and security of the platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure that the platform meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
